Lovely Gray and Black Taffeta Gown purchased in February

Picture
When Dianne came into our store in February, she wasn't sure just what type of gown she desired. This formal taffeta gown is multipurpose.  Shown here with a trimmed matching pellerine and removable sleeves, she is ready for a full day of activities.  For evening, she simply removes the pellerine from her shoulders and slips off the 3/4 removable sleeves and is ready for a formal dinner.

From T-shirt and Tennis shoes, to a period correct gown for the Weekend! Still comfortable and warm, she had a great time!

Picture
This cheerful customer came into our store and needed an outfit for the next day.  She wanted a servicable work dress to work around camp and dress as a rural working woman.  Off with the blue jeans and on with the Corded Petticoat, work dress and apron.  Here she is out doing her marketing on a crisp Saturday morning shopping for carrots and onions for that evenings' meal. Although we couldn't talk her into a slat bonnet to finish off her wardrobe, she did purchases a plain white day cap to keep her hair tidy.
